Abstract
The study reviews several components that effect Vodafone's 3G (third generation) networks, functioning the wideband cipheri vision multiple get access to (W-CDMA) benchmark, supply customers with mobile broadband data get access to, permitting data download races of up to 384 kilobits per second. Purpose of study
We will study in this report about challenges and threats Vodafone had to face when they were buying into in Romania. We will farther glimpse how they cooperated with living mobile phone company (Connex) and how they then shifted ahead and apprehended entire Romanian cell phone market.
Aims of study
My objective in this study would be to interpret and clarify all undertakings which Vodafone did in Romania. My objective is to glimpse this investment task, by Vodafone, through all aspects. (Carbajo & Fries 1997:24)
Introduction
Vodafone Group (Vodafone) is the mobile telecommunications company, with its procedures in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and US through its subsidiary undertakings, affiliated undertakings and investments.
