We are pleased to announce that the performance of BrightWave Technology has improved significantly with respect to productivity and human resource quality in terms of morale. We respect superior quality human resource. Therefore, we strive to preserve employee morale by implementing the best possible methodologies in favor of employees. This enables us to generate considerable profits and remain in the profitable region. However, this profitability is impacted by the factors such as excess of human resource which is making it difficult to operate feasibly.

We regret to inform that BrightWave Company has decided to lay off some of its employees in order to sustain profitability. The company has contributed in endeavors to elevate the business profits but could not succeed in doing so. This is hindering the effectiveness of business and its excellence. We acknowledge the employees of BrightWave as a part of an ever growing family and we appreciate the tremendous efforts that the employees of BrightWave Company have put into journey so far.
