One Experience Showed Me What Pain Was Really Like

Introduction

This was a terrible incident that happened to me about three years back. I was walking on the pavement of the road talking to a friend on my cell phone when a car struck me. It was actually that two cars hit each other and one of them with force came up the pavement and hit me severely. As I was between the car , the impact was so violent that the chassis of both vehicles was bent. I came to the emergency room on a stretcher. At that moment I knew I was going to die and I was glad that I will be free of all the pain I am facing.

I just couldn't move my body was numb, I just didn't want to communicate or even utter a single word. Life in front of me had flown by as a river. This river I could view very clearly was silver and sparkled as it flowed by. Each drop of this river was a different color, yet they flowed together ...
