Society is way humans live together; it is form of system, which structures our behavior by institutionalizing it. This process is extremely complex and because of a complication it has on the people, it creates inequalities. Inequalities regret to all the misbalance in the psuycholo9gical approach of people regarding the structure of society. Many people and theorist of the 19th century did not understand this concept and its implication. Humanity was never meant to be perfect we live on a concept of learning curve. As we move along in the system we live in, we move along and learn all the new things happening. This beautiful change management system is the reason why we have developed so much since the birth of humankind. All the empires that existed in the past led us to this pint in history where we have changed every aspect of human nature, which also includes concepts like human cloning. This change that we have experienced as a living together has created and changed altogether the developed systems. As we have changed the nature's way of doing things and systematic structures. An example would be how the concept of a man has grown from a hunter to a person working in an organization. Al of these changes has resultye4d in changing or evolution of humanity as a whole. The point I am trying to make is the change in the way we think and how this thinking has evolved to different things in the world. All of these changes have brought social, psychological, economical and judicial differences in our lives. One might say that as we have grown with respect to technology and infrastructure our social nature has also grown with respect to it. This nature in now causing inequalities in our society(Bryant, 2000).

History has reported the cases of gender discrimination all through the ages. The most interesting concept about this is the history itself is a remarkable example of gender discrimination that has lead us to discuss this topic in the civilized format we now live in. history has itself proved hat humanity and gender discrimination has existed since forever. This fact alone how our behavior in based on the basic instincts that nature has given us. Interestingly we still serving in that instinct.
Our structural change over the past years has also inflected our values as humans. Society and their culture are also changing as the part of a very famous concept occurring now in the world, it is called globalization. Globalization has lead to many changes in the history of humankind. Al of these changes is also represtemned by the ...
