Abstract

The study is based on change management within the organization. Changes may be of different nature that includes changes in working practices, organization structure, personnel reduction, the introduction of a new information system. Change management is all about the ability to implement changes in order to make the best use of their innovative potential and it had been eliminated as many potential threats or threats that have been transformed into opportunities, utilizing the strengths and adequate protection weaknesses of the organization. Change can either happen or be systematically managed. If the change be managed systematically, it is necessary to calculate in advance the fact that it occurs and the options it best to prepare. As the amount of change continues to grow and each change is increasingly overlap, are increasingly stressing the need for continuous change management and also management of continuous change. Thus, the study concludes that change can occur as a single act or as complex change process. It is the process by which an organization can be sure that any changes in requirements or solutions are correctly incorporated into the overall solution without sacrificing other functionality.

Introduction

The study relates to managing change in the workplace, which particularly focuses change management, conflict and power within the organization. In this context, it is important to know that the role of change management is to identify the possible necessity of important changes and their successful management using adequate policies and procedures. The management practices that include the proportion and number of participants in problem solving, is a curial aspect in managing change. Partial aspects of fundamental changes are management processes, in which the participation of several parties resolving organizational problems as a team, build a responsible team management subgroups at different levels of the hierarchy and in different horizons of organization and communication in parallel working groups in the decision making process.

Changes may be of different nature, such as changes in working practices, organization structure, personnel reduction, the introduction of a new information system. Every change has a different impact on individuals or groups of workers. Each individual then reacts differently to changes that concern him; it is human nature that prevents changes intuitively, because for him represent uncertainty. Change management procedures are to accompany the introduction of significant changes and their task is to facilitate the implementation of changes in the environment.
