Introduction

There have been numerous adaptations of little red riding hood. Many story writers have molded the ancient historical story into their own new upgraded versions as what the great fairy tale writer Wilhelm Grimm did with the ancient version of Charles Perrault. In this study, I would also like to present a new version of Grimm Brothers' Red Riding Hood and link it with the example of today's society.

The story will also reflect the main characters in the new form with the new adaptation applicable to the society depicting the conditions of today's world. The thesis statement of this study is that the girls get trapped into the sweet and alluring words of clever and mastermind people and meet with unbearable losses.

The story has six main characters, the leading character is of the beautiful innocent girl who has recently joined the college. She was as beautiful as the goddess with the rose lips and as fair as snow white, named Jessica Evans and nick named as Miss Red Rose in the college. She became famous in the entire college for her endless beauty and everybody wanted to be her friend. The second character is a smart and studious boy in the college, named Chris Taylor, who does not talk to girls but he gets attracted with the natural beauty. He could not hold his emotions when he saw Jessica and felt the urge to talk to the Miss Red Rose. The other four characters are the best friends of Jessica, named Julia, Nina, Derrick and Steve.

Discussion

One lovely morning, Jessica was having breakfast with her parents and younger brother. In the mean while her father exclaimed when he read the breaking news in the newspaper regarding the missing girls of the same college where Jessica studies. He tells Jessica about mysteriously disappearing girls from the college and police have no clues where those girls have gone. The strange thing was that the missing girls had the commonality as all of them were too beautiful. Her father gets disturbed and asks her, “Jessica be careful, I want you to take extra care of yourself and not to stay late at college after the classes”. She nodes her head as if she agrees with her father and sets out for the college.

She arrives at college and discusses this flouting news with her friends. ...
