Listening for Racist & Sexist Language

In the past few days, I have made careful observations of any racist and sexist terms that I have used myself or ones that I heard from someone else. I was really surprised to learn that I frequently use sexist words although I do not intend to use them in a offending or spiteful way. For example, the other day, my brother had yet another argument with me on a completely baseless subject and I ended up cursing him and saying, 'stop being such a dick'.
