The lesson plan acts as a major determinant shaping teacher's success. During my tenure at school, I involved myself extensively in providing the essence of a lesson plan. Lesson plans are a huge motivating tool for teachers since they have an appropriate rationale for tracking the results in the case of teaching. The learning outcomes in the case of lesson plans have to be evaluated accordingly in order to successfully accomplish the learning outcomes. I had a pretty good experience in teaching the crux of the lesson plan as there had been a considerable effort in teaching the lesson plan (Marks, Bertram, & Eilks, 2008).

The lesson plans not only provide considerable information on the lessons and content to be taught but also can be used for tracking the performance. While delivering the lesson plan, a considerable interaction took place between me and the students. By getting feedback from the students, they were greatly aligned with the contents of the lesson plan. The lesson plan contained a huge variety of information on the course and thus provided in depth analysis of the course.

The interests of the students had to be kept in mind while delivering the lesson plan and thus the lesson plan was aligned with the student's interests. On the other hand, interactive exercises are also essential in augmenting the overall learning outcomes associated with the lesson plan. I had a unique experience in teaching the lesson plan and thus augmented my overall teaching experience. (Parkay, & Stanford, 2010).

Being a beginning teacher means a huge challenge every day and requires a new attitude towards society. The teaching practice requires great effort to realize the way prosperous, both personally and professionally, but be ahead of the education of a country is an honor and a responsibility while giant, which should be more valued. Informed about the content had to discuss with the class, I struggled enough to make a lesson plan that allows content to work in the best way possible. The themes were “Urbanization elements” (their characteristics and social problems environmental related) in 3rd grade, and "Islands and water on the planet," matter of the 3rd year. Avowed that reading the textbook disappointed me a bit, because, besides being written by a journalist, was merely informative and insufficient, assisted in building a critical thinking and citizen, not brought anything new to instigate the reading and study. The aim of preparing such a text was to emphasize the most basic points of the book and introduced. I found some other relevant information on the topic. As for the 3rd year, I had the intention verbally explain the material with the aid of the book, in sequence through some questions (Ishihara, & Cohen, 2010).
