Abstract

Leadership is a thing that cannot be learnt, it is not a science that can be learnt rather, leadership is an art that is taught to us humans by the nature. The leadership capabilities in a human can be found right from a small age, and the child starts to show the leadership qualities from a very small age. The parents and the people responsible for the training of the children can nurse these leadership qualities. There are a number of things that can play a huge role in the development of leadership qualities in children, and the super heroes play and the gun play is one of them that can have a huge impact on the leadership traits of a child.

Chapter 1: Introduction

1.1 Background of the study

Leadership is the process of influencing the activities of an organized group toward goal achievement. A resource is rare all over the world. Every culture and every group has a need for a role model, i.e. a leader, which could show them the way to success. Experts agree that field like technology, medicine, business, education, and industry, etc have a requirement for such people who would have the ability to utilize their creativity, intelligence, & judgment power and show them the right path to achieve success. Leadership attributes start developing in people right from their childhood, from a very early age. Therefore, the part played by the educators and the parents of the children is very crucial in making sure that they encourage the process of development of qualities, attributes, and the skills that are found in leaders in their children right from the beginning. Numerous factors have the potential to affect the development of leadership attributes in children.

1.2 Problem Statement

Developing leadership traits at early stages in the children is a very important aspect in the development of future leaders. One of the major determinants for leadership traits in children is through observation because children have great observation power. When the children play with toys like guns and super heroes, especially, this can make an impact on the development of the leadership traits in children.

1.3 Rationale of the study

The world requires more and more leaders in the future; therefore, we can say that leaders are the need of the future. A person who is destined to be a leader tends to develop the leadership traits from a very small age. Numerous things play a part in the development of the leadership qualities ...
