In this report we would start our discussion with some key features of the Philippines. Similarly, we would try to study the main characteristics of the Philippines with the help of the Hofstede's cultural dimensions (Altman, 2009). We study in detail all the components of the national culture of the Philippines and at the same time we would also analyze the each component keeping in view the organizational structure of the Philippines. We would also try to analyze that how the culture and the working practices of the Philippines are different from that of the Anglo countries (Altman, 2009). We will also see the relevance of leadership theories in Philippines. Finally, we will discuss the two organizational leadership theories and try to see their scope in the organizations of the Philippines. The population of Philippines is more than 100 million. It is the seventh most populated country of the Asia. Similarly, it is the 12th most populous country of the world. It has almost 7107 islands and it can be categorized into three main geographical divisions Mindanao, Visayas, Luzon (Altman, 2009). In Philippines one finds a lot of ethnicities and cultures. Philippines is mega diverse country due to a large number of natural resources. There are also many industries in the country like textiles, Pharmaceuticals, wood products, chemicals, fishing, food processing and petroleum refining.
