It is obvious in the democracy that every individual has an access for the justice system and having a right to know how the laws are enforced. It can be guaranteed when having the trails on the court rooms televised. Whether having the cameras in the court rooms or not there was a great debate that was started in the beginning of the year 1977 in Miami, a city of America state Florida. After having a long debate about the cameras in the court rooms or not there was decision made by the judge of the court who allowed the trials to be televised in the courts of Miami. These debates had never ended as there was difference of opinions among different judges. Personally speaking these cameras must be allowed in the court rooms because the trials of the criminals can be recorded or televised and also it will make clear to the people that what are the circumstances that it would face if there is something which is illegal (Slater, 1982).
