Introduction

Judicial activism has been the concern of many legislative systems prevailing in countries these days. The problems existing in the law and order situations in countries have compelled the judiciary systems to intervene in many aspects of regulations in countries. Therefore, judicial activism acts as an important part of the society. This paper discusses the judicial activism with respect to arguments about whether the judges should interpret or simply apply the constitution. It also attempts to answer the questions regarding the prediction of decisions of justices on the Supreme Court and the idea that no case is prejudged.
