This research paper is based on the reasons why number of Japanese companies has moved to Germany. There are numerous reasons due to which a number of companies moved to Düsseldorf which is a German city. The significant reasons that force the Japanese companies to move their businesses to Germany are bad infrastructure, crime rates, economic trouble and higher cost of transport. Germany is one of the most powerful countries in the world. Unfortunately, it is one of the most attractive places for immigrants and international businesses.

One of the most important indicators of innovation in a Germany is the ability to attract venture capitalists to invest in business opportunities in the country. The venture capital is an important source of financing of the young and dynamically developing innovative companies, many of which are too small to involve the capital in open stock markets and too unstable, to ensure bank credits, but nevertheless have extremely high ability to growth. The venture capital also creates highly skilled workplaces. For example, 12, 1 million workplaces exist at the American enterprises based on venture investments (Howtogermany.com, 2013).

One of the important reasons for the Japanese companies to move to Germany is that it is located in the heart of Europe; it is Europe's most populous country and one whose economy is the most prosperous on the continent. In the current context of economic globalization, the business landscape in German city “Düsseldorf” offers vast opportunities for the international countries. The conditions of the employment in Germany are based on the contracts of individuals. This depends from company to company and may be based on a shop agreement, or collective bargaining agent. However, everything that is applicable must follow the German law strictly. The government also provides incentive to those who retire after the age of retirement and to those who retire before the retirement age. People also take advantage of the disability pension to retire from their job and use the government money to live their lives peacefully without working. Incentives that are provided to those who retire before their retirement age should be discontinued immediately. The laws should be changes to include everyone into the workforce so that their skills may be used.

The Japanese companies are moving to the Germany due to perfect infrastructure, more available buyers, lower crime rates, higher security level, lower transport costs, trade fairs and qualified workers.
