The organization invested a large amount in order to implement effective and appropriate technology within their working environment. A Energy company also invested a large amount on the implementation of security policies in order to avoid any risk or vulnerability. The study incorporates two potential security threats that a company has to face due to its internal users. In addition to this, two potential security threats that a company has to face from the external parties of the company are also incorporated in the study. Furthermore, the organization also implemented appropriate and effective strategies to monitor the IP information, location of saved files, connection time of employees and the accessed files of the employees. These strategies significantly helped the organization in securing the personal information of employees as well as the confidential information of the company.
