Is V for Vendetta 'true art'?

Introduction

V for Vendetta is a series of comic book written by Alan Moore, and the illustration of the comic book was done by David Lloyd. The story of the comic book was set in a dystopiated United Kingdom of the future. It is inside this dystopiated state where a mysterious man exists by the name of 'V'. He works very hard to destroy in fighting against the totalitarian policies of the government, which was affecting the people. The comic series presents the futuristic depiction of the state of the United Kingdom, which showed the state of the United Kingdom after the nuclear war, which has utterly destroyed the state. Although, most of the damage done to the state was by floods and some other natural certainties. In this future, there existed a party of fascist by the name of Norse fire, which is now ruling, the state after successfully exterminating all of its competitors (Turner. J, 1996 , pp.145-213 ). The part ruled in the form of the police department of the state, 'V' is an anarchist who wears a 'V' shaped mask and is dressed in a revolutionary black dress. He starts the campaign to bring down the Nose fire and to create a state where people can have their rights and sovereignty. It is the right of every human being to live freely (Moore. A, 1989, pp23-67).

Discussion

According to the author it takes time to understand art. We could spend hours looking at one painting, but it is very difficult to find the extent or thinking of the artist behind the painting. The experience people have at the public gallery generates an encouragement among the people regarding art simply at the first trot. There are paintings at the gallery which have marvelous peace of works which speaks for itself. There are paintings at the gallery that are just simply marvelous, independent and definitive each painting is a piece of art in itself, and it is just impossible to ignore such a piece of art. It is the thick curtain behind which the painting is screened for people to view it. In the beginning of the essay, the author has presented her idea behind the writing of the book. In this essay, she is not going to make an argument regarding artists and their skills. All of her concentration is on the true artists and their pieces of art, no matter what the magnitude of the art is.
