Psychology is the scientific study of behaviour and mental processes of human beings. The biological foundation of psychology helps in understanding and examining the behaviour of the human beings and how the brain and nervous system controls the behaviour of the human beings. This research proposal aims at undertaking the behaviour of female employers in the workplace in comparison with the male employers, and it's imperative facets, with respect of the perception that the female employers are tougher with their female employees, regarding their comparison with the male employers. Moreover, the proposal discusses the research methods in psychology in this regard and the proposed methods for the research, as well the possible limitations the research may entail.

Overtime, science has progressed in numerous domains, other than the main arena of technological advancements. Science has spread over a vast field, encompassing both the technological aspect, as well as numerous other quantitative domains. Similarly, psychology falls under the vast umbrella of the modern era's scientific studies. Mainly encompassed with the behavioural factors of mankind, psychology over the time has played a pivotal role in enlightening the world with respect to the core revelations regarding the human personality and cognition.
Psychology has been considered as an important part of academic studies, and is being taught to students of different fields. As understanding psychology helps in dealing with individuals, and also makes it easier to understand the behaviour of individuals. This research indicates the behaviour of female employers and identified that women employers are more tougher for the female employees. The female employers are more tougher in comparison with the male employers (Breakwell, et.al, 1995).
The female employer, as part of an employment relationship, is a party to the contract of employment. Female employers require characteristic to have in order to employ a worker. Think of the employer's household work, that is, the one who has to employ a domestic worker, domestic, etc. Its location is very complex due to the presence of active and passive situations, the rights and obligations paid and correlated with those of the worker. Their form is completely free being able to assume both orally and in the written through the issuing of circulars or orders. It is not necessary to carry out specific forms or documents to be the employer, except as required by law.
The main goal of the research proposal is therefore to discuss the behaviour of female employers as found tougher with their employees, in comparison with that of male employers. However, both male and female employers seek to achieve mainly the best working conditions for their employees.
