Introduction

The ICAO or the International Civil Aviation Organization is a partnership in the aviation sector which makes global agreements on environmental aspects, safety, continuity and efficiency in the aviation sector. The International Civil Aviation Organization is a component of the UN. The EU i.e. the European Union offer details on the guiding principles of the ICAO in the European legislation.
