Introduction

Complaining is ability to convince someone to listen to injustices, feelings and actions about something which someone has suffered. There are numerous ways in which people can complain to others. Choosing the right way to complain can have a large impact on the effectiveness of complaining.

Kowalski 1996

According to Kowalski the reason why people complain is because they are unsatisfied with the things going on in their lives. The dissatisfaction has a certain level and when a person reached that the level of complains increase. Kowalski said this back in 1996. When the level of dissatisfaction increases and people are unable to endure this it results in complains. They try to reduce the gap between what they want and what they actually get. When they are unable to achieve their desired levels of satisfactions they go through situations that are not liked and results in disappointments.

These dissatisfactions are put into words when the level becomes more than the person can bear. The person takes it out in the form of bickering, nagging and complaining. This will usually happen the person tries to reduce the gap between the wishful and the actual situations. When a person is depressed and distressed on not achieving something, they complain about it in order to release their stress and disappointments. For example, complaining will help heal the dissatisfaction and make it clean their conscious. It will also help in the influence of the impression of others on these people.

Introverts are different and logically more sensible. When they are conscious about how other will look at them and what others will think of them, they tend to keep things down and not complain. They will do this when they are sure that the situation they are in is insolvable by them alone. They prefer keeping quiet and not thinking too about it. These people are known as introverts.
