Introduction

Violence currently reaches the youth so particularly worrying: it is among young people who present the highest mortality assaults according to the statistics. Moreover, young people are the most mentioned as the authors of aggression, both domestically and internationally. In this regards many socialist register that the results of this association between juveniles and violence are serious and comprehensive.

The reality of young people who are victims of violence do not differ the reality of young people who become perpetrators of violence. Currently, teens are victims of structural violence and significant forms of family violence, and are representatives of violence at school, communities, and society.

In this regards, the prevention of juvenile delinquency is one of the key factors in strict compliance with the police and in society in general since these children find themselves inserted within the community in effect, prevent crime is to ensure the harmonious development of teens embodied in the promotion of their personality from an early age to its development. The commission of crimes gives society a climate of violence and other harmful consequences disorders that influence society to compromise due to the inappropriate social practices.

Moreover, the dialectics lethal kill and die shortens life expectancy, reduces the productive potential of population, represents costs considerable for families and for health system and undertakes no design in respect to quality of life. Thus, the issue needs to be preferred in scientific and academic knowledge in order to necessarily construct a concrete proposal for confronting this complex situation.

Purpose of Study

The aim of this paper is to analyze the growth in social crimes and misconducts that are rapidly increasing in the adolescents and children and their hazardous effects in and on the society. The learning and study of the topic juvenile delinquency is a lively, active, and ever-changing area of scientific investigation in which the concepts, theories, and procedures are persistently developing. For this purpose, the paper will be based on a specially designed methodology that will help in analyzing the increasing effects of juvenile delinquency on society.

Literature Review

Juvenile delinquency includes a variety of offenses and crimes. The less serious, such as alcohol consumption, truancy, and curfew violations, called status offenses, crimes are considered only when committed by juveniles. Offenses such as traffic offenses, may incur additional schooling or fines. Minor offenses such as public drunkenness, assault or theft, meet with more serious consequences, including probation, fines, community service hours, detention, or a combination thereof. Felonies include violent crimes, property crimes, and drug offenses. Consequences may include detention, probation, hours of work order, counseling, and fines. Finally, if a juvenile commits a crime, he can be subject to punishment as an adult, depending on your age and the severity of the offense (Lewis, 2009).
