Introduction

The Affordable Care Act enhanced the availability, quality and affordability of health insurance by many provisions. The two key provision of ACA is to expand Medicaid and to ensure insurance plan to cover women health care. In this paper, I will discuss the implementation of these two provisions of ACA for understanding its impact and expected results.

The economic crisis of U.S nation has profoundly affected the millions lives of American Children. Unemployment and inflation has taken off the rug from many families, chiefly those who living under low-income societies. Intensifies poverty has irresolvable connection with increasing levels of food hunger and homelessness for many American children which are especially affected by these circumstances. According to last Census data, around more than 1 in 5 American children survive their lives under poverty, which estimated as not less than sixteen million children (U.S. Census Bureau, 2010). Determinedly, higher number of unemployment is one of the greatest problems, as families are needed to struggle for keeping and holding jobs in peak recession.

Different programs for families and children are the gentlest aims for policymakers to making cuts. These policymakers are working on the supply of food stamps, Medicaid, Head Start and other essential programs for having the insight cuts. Undoubtedly, these programs are significant for many American families as they deal with their own crisis of budget. If the child brought up in poor state, he or she would spoil the economy of America by less education, unhealthy environment and future talented growth of the nation.
