How will you plan your exercise session to meet your client's objectives?

Communication with the client is essential firstly in order to determine the client's goal. Take record and measurements of the client's goal and ask the goal of client related to fitness. Also communicate that how many times the client can work out in the gym.

Make numerous workout rules in order to meet with the goals of the client. For each workout, there should be a workout for different muscle groups.

Through an Email. Emails provide the sufficient time to the clients to respond to the questionnaire properly
