My Dear Unit Men, By now you all must have heard the news, but I need to take a moment to tell my unit members that I am leaving and will deliver charge to your next SEL soon. As you all are aware that I have received my transfer orders and will be soon joining the NATO forces in Afghanistan so before departing such great team members, I wanted to extend my heartiest wishes and gratitude for the support you have been throughout my tenure here. You proved what a fabulous Unit DET C is and what potentials you hold to serve the Nation with bravery and courage.

I would like to express my warm goodbye to you brave soldiers. I note here in my farewell letter that the honor and privilege I had by working with such a great unit as the chief will always remain in my good memories. I have been extremely surprised by your capacity, as well as by the strong duty bound attitude you all have, the wonderful discipline and outstanding courage you established on a routine basis in some of the most complicated and risky settings on earth. I was equally enthralled by the support extended to you by your loved ones and family members who have supported you along the way. They have also served up showing an extraordinary spirit of nationalism.

We have undertaken numerous sturdy and tough challenges and made momentous progress in the most important programs and courses. We were able to enhance and improve the quality of term served in the unit on both individual basis and collectively. While performing our duties we collectively improved our abilities and readiness to confront any emergency situation with a strategy and alliance. These events would be recognized as the historically challenging times.

Now that I have received the order to join the new unit and head them in the hazardous environment of Afghanistan I hope to lead the new unit and explore new horizons of success as we did in this unit. Officers My dear officers you have been serving the unit as the back bone, without you it would not have been possible for the unit to achieve such perilous goals in a short period of time.
