Couples of things that motivate me to pursue a master in counseling psychology are my Black American race/culture and the mental health care system. I am a licensed funeral director and embalmer. I worked for the number one Black American funeral home in the state of Texas. I want to help the human race to have a positive way for processing the traumas in their lives instead of letting traumas define them but help them.
