Introduction

America is one the most prosperous and proves a significant progress towards the every field of economy and social benefits of society. They contributed a lot towards the racial, ethnic and gender equality, but still there remains much to be done. Some problems have become worse than during 1960's. The racial, ethnic and gender disparities across a number of places are very deliberate. They are typically found in the major aspects of a person's life like employment levels, incarceration rates, family formation, community violence, health and mental health outcomes along with the education disparity which is the most important factor which leads to the cause of inequality.

The gender gap gets noticed, not across the racial, and ethnic equality only, but also between the countries or skilled, unskilled workers too.

Definitions and Concepts

The definition of Ethics gets embedded with the system of knowledge, in relation to the range of issues, goals and objectives. It gets defined as the philosophical doctrine, which is subjected to the morality, and the central problem of the differentiation between good and evil. Further to this, it s also defined as a normative science of moral teachings and a system of rules that monitor and correct the behavior. The studies of ethics also deal with the way of assessing human actions, for their approval or censure in other terms the Social control of behavior and relationships.

Care Ethics

The categorizations of ethics in terms of care and gender have different concepts and derivations. The theory of ethics in relation with care implies that there is moral significance in the fundamental elements of relationships, and dependencies in human life.

Most often defined as a practice or virtue rather than a theory as such, care involves maintaining the world of, and meeting the needs of, yourself and others. It builds on the motivation to care for those who are dependent and vulnerable, and it gets inspired by both memories of being cared for and the idealizations of self (Caldero, 2010).



Characteristics of Care Ethics

The concept of care ethic is more related to the ethics pf health care and the provision of provided by practitioners of health care. The ethics of care is related to the ethical theory of making the decisions of what is right or what is wrong. The basic characteristics of care ethics includes; (Caldero, 2010).

Concept of feelings that every human being wants care and concern in his life, the development of these characteristics is internal and does not require any external motivation for its improvement.

It is based on responsibility for others. That is a concern about the possibility of an omission, when we could not help it. It is not only to contain the aggression, the lack of response, not to act when it would have to do it, is also a problem.
