Introduction

The United States Constitution is a document which was design to ratify when necessary against the changes takes place in society. There have been many points where many unfair legal practices have taken place the ratification of Constitution have helped in stopping the unfair legal practices which have overcome the human and civil rights. In constitution article five several ways were designed for making amendments in the constitution such a Bill of rights. The amendments from thirteen to fifteen resulted in giving America a strong position.

An amendments in the constitution means that there is change added to the constitution in order to maintain the society discipline, which was not included in the previous part of the constitution. Changes in the constitution are essential, because changing environment of the society and government crosses the boundaries which need to be prohibited by the constitution. In order to stop the over stepping of the ethical boundaries it is important to make changes in the constitution.

The Bill of Rights

In this essay I will discuss the second amendments which have changed the bill of rights. During the time when the debate over the adoption of the constitution was charged by many of the opponents of the bill of rights, resulted in the open way for the central government to become a tyranny.

Amendment Two

In amendment two a well regulated armed force or militia is essential in order to make sure the security of a free state, and rights of people must not be violated.

Explain what framers had in mind when they adopted that particular amendment.

The second amendment states that a well regulated armed force or militia is essential in order to make sure the security of a free state and rights of people must not be violated. This tell us that a well regulated militia is important for the purpose of the securing a free state. A militia is important in protecting the right of the people. While making this amendment framers were thinking about the rights of militia, they made it clear that keeping arm is the basic right of the militia which shall not be violated. The two words, well regulated have a very different meaning, during the time when second amendment was drafted. In the context of the framers the meaning of militia government regulation was not the intended meaning. While making this amendment framers were planning for a well regulated militia, and it should not regulated by the national government they wanted them to be independent. The purpose of the framers while making the second amendment was to guarantee the right of the people in order to allow them proper use of arms for making a strong army.
