Introduction

Gender and sex distinction and discrimination has taken place over the passage of time. People living in the world today not only utilize the degree of sex and gender, which even though has been denoted as similar terms over the passage of time, it becomes extremely important and considerate that not only companies and organizations tend to make way for progress.

Be it biological or social, these two broad demarcations provide for the development and the establishment of the necessary results and outcomes, but that it would make way for the provision of issues and problems, relating to the issues and the problems that have been intended in the long-run and that which would be able to make way for deciphering the issues and the associated problems at hand.

Feminist perspectives that are associated with the problems and the situations that have made way for the creation and the establishment of the necessary results and outcomes and also providing for issues and problems that come with the practice and the usage of such expressions in both speech and print (Adovasio & Soffer, p.277).

Even though detailed demarcations and ample discussions and debate has been undertaken in the midst of creating and establishing the necessary results and outcomes, but that they are able to make way for assessing and realizing the changes and the challenges that not only would make way for providing a concrete framework of dealing with clients, but that it would provide for yielding an entire discipline, proving fruitful to our needs, wants and desires altogether.

For this paper, our focus and concentration revolves around the changes and the challenges that not only would create for the establishment of understanding the concepts revolving around sex and gender, but also makes us understand and comprehend the prevalent issues that are being felt by people living in the society (Zerilli, pp.153).
