Since the creation of this world, human psychology has been evolving around. On one hand, it depicts a wild picture of human nature and on the other side; it reflects examples of down to earth human beings. It is the specialty of humans that they can define their identities; choose their values simultaneously establishing their belief (Naagarazan, 2006). This course work answers the questions pertaining virtues; non-malfeasance and honesty reflected in a case study. When it comes to human behaviors, there is no particular yes or no scenario. However, this paper aims to answer the questions on constructive evaluation.

Virtue is positive and preferred value, and it is a characteristic state that allows a person to act in ways that help him to find the highest potential and enable one to be successful (Naagarazan, 2006). Virtue is a tendency that allows one to solve problems in a constructive manner. It helps one to follow the middle path through excess and deficiency. Virtue is a trait of human character defined in moral and social terms, and before analyzing a situation, one must identify the socially valued character or moral reasoning behind a particular behavior (Anonymous, 2002). Honesty is just being truthful or sincere; it is indeed a disposition firmly fixed in its possessor, which could be said as something which goes all the way down (Naagarazan, 2006). Non-malfeasance is a virtue of doing no harm to others. One tries to avoid wrongdoings and be morally responsible (dictionary.reference.com).
