Abstract
The National Education Association (NEA) has a long history of promoting for the privileges of instructors and students for in excess of 150 years. For the vast majority of that time, one might overlook that it truly was a labor union as its center was always dependable on expanding education. Notwithstanding the NEA is regarded as a standout amongst the most capable labor union in the nation. Rod Paige, previous Secretary of Education, demonstrates that how unions contradict educational transformation in his book titled, “The War Against Hope, How Teachers' Unions Hurt Children, Hinder Teachers, and Endanger Pubic Education”. They are against the merit pay, charter schools, and the Act of No Child Left Behind. These all things of transformation will benefit education in anyway. Also, the attitudes of parents will need to be converted by swaying them to seriously partake in the educational procedures of their children. The NEA is restricting reforms of education through making the continuation of fair schooling systems.

Introduction
Most of the organizations go through with various sorts of ethical or social issues at one point of time. Ethics is generally known as the moral guidelines that guide the judgments of individuals about what is right or wrong to do (Shockley-Zalabak, 2008). One widely accepted definition of ethics is that, “ethics is standards or set of behavior that are expected by a individual, group of individuals, organization, or the whole society, and serves as guidelines for behavior accordingly” (Bruhn, 2009). Normally, unethical behaviors emerge at some point in times of crisis, changes, or transitions, especially, when organizations are the most susceptible. It is highly significant for an individual to understand the work culture and climate completely as it helps in comprehending the true values and ethics of the organization.
In this paper, there will be an exploration of the emerging and persistent ethical or social justice issues or concerns in a non-profit organization for which The National Teacher's Association (NTA) has been chosen. This non-profit organization will be examined deeply in order to analyze the ethical or social issues that are faced by the organization in providing its services to a huge population.
Overview of the Organization
The National Teacher's Association, also known as NTA, was founded in 1857 at the moment when from wide-variety of states, a total of 43 men met in Philadelphia for the purpose of forming the educators' union.
