In this essay, I am going to reflect upon my experience of team working towards a successful group presentation, as part of the Foundations for Practice in Health and Social Care module. In this essay, I am going to apply Gibbs reflective model (1988). It provides a structure for my reflection. Gibbs (1988) Composes of six stages to accomplish one cycle which, is able to develop my skills constantly and learning from the experience for better action in the subsequent period. Furthermore, it helps us to see the positive and negative impact of what we have done and to enable me to reflect on this experience in more depth. It is also useful to receive feedback on an essay to change or develop our approach. Gibbs reflective model (1988) begins with a description of the experience, second stage is to express the feelings, then is an evaluation of the experience, fourth is an analysis to make sense of experience, and then to conclude of what else could be done and final stage is an action plan to be prepared if the event emerge again. In this essay I will reflect on my thoughts, beliefs and feeling about teamwork towards a group presentation both the positive and negative experiences which occurred. Then, I will focus on the stages of team development we went through. Also, I will highlight the quality of work I have done, the skills I have gained in my work together with my colleagues whilst on team working. I will also point out what I have learnt from the experience thereafter. Moreover, I will also discuss the problems that I faced during this work and being as a part of a team. I will also try to discuss that which problems I and our entire team faced during our work.

Our interactions allowed us to know each other closely and we started looking forward to working towards a group presentation which was dated in eighth week. Being a part of the team are a tremendous and a Herculean challenge because it is not easy to work together with colleagues from other field of study, having different thoughts and attitudes, and you do not have any idea about their strengths and weaknesses (Slator, 2010).
Similarly, it was a new environment for all of us and none of us had a similar work before. In the second week, we were asked to choose a name for our group and to select a topic for our presentation. In fact, we did not spend a long time to choose our topic because we were thinking of a same topic which was the best topic to talk about indeed. Furthermore, the chosen topic was the most significant health issue touching our lives whether children, young, adult or ...
