EEOC filed a law suit against one of the health insurance broker having offices in Lake Success, Melville and Garden City who was charged of the violation of the federal law. The charge was that the broker age-discriminated 3 employees over the age of 40 including failure to promote, harassment, retaliation for complaining age discrimination and for termination.
