The value of punctuality is the discipline of being in time to meet our obligations. The value of punctuality is necessary to equip our character personality, order and efficiency, as this value to live fully we are able to do more, perform job effectively and can gain trustworthiness. Lack of timeliness speaks for itself; it follows easily little or no organization of our time planning activities. In this sense we might add the importance of an event for us, if we have an interview to solicit employment, to close a business meeting or appointment with the director of the study center; we do everything possible to be on time (Cabral and Almeida, 2006).

To be precise we must first be aware that every person, event, meeting, activity or event is a particular degree of importance. Our word should be the synonym of guarantee to have our presence at the right time and is necessary. It is also a reflection of respect for others' time in school, professional environment and social life, being on time is a sign of good education.

Australians have a strong sense of work ethic and tend to have great fun but are cautious when it comes to work. They expect others to be punctual at work. However, people are generally welcomed in a relaxed working atmosphere, friendly colleagues and strong social environment. Punctuality is highly valued by Australians, which means that people who are punctual really care about the business. Australians are very serious about time and schedules for business meetings. If an employee or manager comes late in a meeting, it would be considered as a bad habit or laziness.
