Task A

In this task, there is a need to conduct an individual research, plan and select three different types of original still digital images. Therefore, the three different kinds of still images will be discussed in the following paragraphs.

Description of the First Manipulation Picture

In the first picture, it has been shown that there are four kids standing on the street. These are small kids and all of them seem to be having a different situation but still standing on the same street. There are three boys and one girl. The girl is standing and dressed in a frock, watching something with anxious look. There is one boy who is having a ball in this hand and the second boy is dressed in a uniform and it looks that he has returned home after coming back from school. The third and the last character in this picture are looking towards the sky and seem to be wondering about something. Therefore, this is the overall scenario shown in the picture.

Description of the Second Manipulation Picture

In the second picture, there is an emphasis given on the importance of time for any person. However, there are two scenarios shown for the person. In one scenario, the image of the city landscape has been shown which certainly refers to the activities related to the city life. The city life has a busy schedule for any person because of the pattern of living. In second scenario, the image of the mountainous area has been shown. The mountainous area is totally different from the city landscape. People living in these areas have a very different sort of life as compare to the city. The people who live in this area do not remain very busy and their priorities are also different which is quite obvious from the landscape. This is the reason why a line has been mentioned for the Second Picture that states for the mountainous area that “Time waits for No Man” but except in the Mountains. This means that the time does not matter a lot for the person in the Mountainous area because there are not many activities to perform. Therefore, this is the overall scenario shown in the picture.

Description of the Third Manipulation Picture

In the third picture, there is a scenario shown with the highways entangled with many other connecting roads and gives a lost picture. This picture shows that there are many roads which are very confusing because of several connecting lanes and the commuters often get confused while travelling on these roads. Though, it does not happen with every commuter because some of them are very well aware of the roads. They understand very quickly and do not face much of a problem.
