The word “team” refers to a set of individuals that work in coordination to achieve a pre set goal. Critical Thinking
The critical thinking holds prime importance in the nursing practice, in terms of taking timely and effective decisions. Its is defined as the ability of taking creative decisions on the basis of knowledge and by assessing and understanding the situation, through expert research and analysis (Ozkahraman, Yildirim, 2011). This helps them in giving a better care and support to the patient with appropriate measures taken to ensure the patient safety. However, critical thinking is not a quality a person is born with. It comes with clinical experience, and it is essential that students should be exposed to learn the procedure as a necessary part of their curriculum.
