This biography will analyse my past experiences and how I developed as a qualified professional nurse and will conclude with my future action plan. The foundation of my inspiration become apparent and developed when I completed my first year of High school in Saudi Arabia. At that point, all of my friends were discussing about their future and when they heard that I want to choose nursing as my future career, they provided a bad description about it. After this conversation I decided to search about the profession of nursing and I found that it is different from what I heard.
I researched about the professional values of nursing and found that the values of nursing have initiated from the problems of success and care of nurses. Therefore, the profession of nursing is considered as a caring profession.
