Introduction

This paper intends to discuss the motivation for three types of aggressive criminal behaviors. The purpose of this paper is to make the readers aware about the significance of the factors that tends to make the criminal behaves in the manner they essentially do. The three articles selected for the purpose of comparing and exploring about the topic are “Demographic Change and Ethnically Motivated Crime: The Impact of Immigration on Anti-Hispanic Hate Crime in the United States” written by Michele Stacey and others, "A Study of Serial Murder" written by Constance McKenzie and “Linkage analysis: Modus operandi, ritual, and signature in serial sexual crime” written by Robert and Warren. Moreover, in order to increase the significance of this research paper; the book "casebook of a crime psychiatrist" written by James Brussell will also be explored and discussed. I believe that the authors are quite correct is their argument of the relationship of conflict theory with the presence of different theoretical perspectives of racism and crimes. Moreover, I believe that author has provided significant evidence in order to prove the importance of theories like feminism, labeling and others. The basic intention behind this research paper is to make the readers aware about how the behaviors of criminals exist.

Discussion

Crimes exist in the society due to some reasons. It is important to eradicate the crimes from the society; however, there is always an intense need to explore about what motivates criminals to get involved in any such activities. Similarly, the eradication of crimes is needed in the society, not the elimination of criminals. The factors behind the criminal mind sets must be assessed in order to provide the maximum corrections to the criminals. Crime is the most critical problem in any country and it taints the society. The society is affected in many ways if there high crime exists in those areas. People are being stereotyped by other people, which can result in another social problem. If someone has reached a limit and he/she is ready to do anything without considering the consequences of their actions. This becomes extremely dangerous for the society, when someone's has nothing to lose attitude, they lose their rationale. The ability of clear thinking and identifying what is wrong is what distinguish the humans from the other species of the world; otherwise there is no difference between humans and animals.

The author Michele Stacey suggests that the minorities and immigrants both represent the basis of racial and ethnic crimes all around the globe. For the purpose of justifying this argument, the author has researched about the international nature of justice systems prevailing in various countries. Further, the author is arguing that the overrepresentation of racial and ethnic minorities contextualizes the crime behaviors and scenes around the globe.
