Introduction
Health is the condition of comprehensive physical, psychological and social well-being with the lack of disease and illness. Competency in healthcare has a direct impact on the health and wellbeing of an individual. The healthcare is practiced in social and cultural context.
At present, there are many people that face bias and other forms of disparities in healthcare. They are not given proper health care benefits and are deprived of any medical and health care services that could enhance health outcomes. African American Women suffers from heart diseases but due to poverty their health rights are sabotaged by many health care professionals and policy makers.

Psychosocial Factors
Psychological, social and physical factors contribute to psychosocial factors that influence the overall health and wellbeing of a person. Adverse psychosocial factors lead to physical diseases and distress. This alliance of the factors and physical health leads to reverse causation, bias attitude and misery (McCarberg & Passik, 2005). Psychosocial interventions can help improve the quality of health and wellbeing of a patient. Poverty, lack of facilities and inappropriate health care services leads to depression and anxiety in African Americans (MacLoed & Smith, 2003).
Identification
The specific factors associated are Depression and Stress. Depression and stress can lead to unhealthy behavior like addiction to alcohol and smoking. It increases the risks of health related diseases in individuals and affects physical health (MacLoed & Smith, 2003). Depression and stress are common in ethnic group that leads to heart and psychological diseases.
Biological Factors
