Therefore, quite often we are reading to deal with a situation that can be deemed as crisis and make pertinent arrangements to avoid its detriments. The previously stated situation is not only true for the personal lives or individual homes, but it is quite well applicable on the big and huge corporations, as well; which quite often meet a crisis, die the big plants and heavy machinery that are running in there. Therefore, even for the big organization, it is highly imperative that astute measures are taken for safeguarding their pivotal resources from being the appetite of a brutal accident.

Presented Scenario

With respect to the situation articulated in the previous section, this assignment takes into account a situation in which the Communications Director has to perform his role in the most effective and convincing manner. The scenario that is presented in this regard, states that, quite recently I have been promoted as the Communications Director in a specific company, namely XYZ Company. However, unfortunately, shortly after the assumption of my new position, the firm met an accident. There was an explosion in one of the plants at the form, which had its detrimental consequences for the firm.
