"" AN ANALYSIS OF COMMUNICATIONS FLOWS IN THE PROTESTS MOVEMENTS OF THE ARAB SPRING UPRISINGS""

Context

2011 was the year in which there is historic pre-democracy movement swept all across the world of Arab Tobin, S. (2012). This is become demand for the democratic reform that will be met and how the reforms might impact through flow of communication. This paper will explore the manner in which communication technologies enhance the Arab Spring Uprising movement by providing the influence and leverage for grassroots group in an era that knowledge through technocratic expertise.

Research Aim and Objective

This study is designed to be a descriptive study, given that it aims to describe what exists, with regard to explore the causes of occurrence of Arab Spring Upspring and impact of communication flow in protest of this movement. As a descriptive research use in this research, it goes beyond the scope of a descriptive study as it aims to explore and analyze the descriptive results by responding to their questions.

This study will attempt to answer the following questions:

RQ 1: what are the causes of occurrence of Arab Spring Upspring?

RQ 2: what is the role of communication flow to make strengthened this protest?

RQ 3: What difficulties occurred in the process of communication flow in movement of Arab Spring Upspring?

Empirical Method

The qualitative research approach was used in this research. Qualitative research has concerned with understand the behaviour of the people. This research helps to investigate the valuable information, such as uncovering the key results of communication flow in protest of Arab Spring Upspring.

Theoretical Project

Arab uprising is the more politically contextualized approach that would need to inquire first how to run Arab media that have performed over the preceding years and how it serving legitimizes their political regimes. The Arab Spring is the illusion revolution that was initially stated in year 1948 and sometimes it referred ad the springtime of the People. According to Shokr, (2012) this is widely believed that there it have been investigated by the dissatisfaction with the government role because there is some speculation that wider gap is occurred due to unequal distribution of income. Number of factors that lead the occurrence of this protest in Arab countries is included human rights, absolute monarchy, corruption from politicians, under employment, economic deadline and the structural factors.
