Overview of Ghana's Administration

The father of the nation known as Kwame Nkrumah helped Ghana in gaining independence from the British colonial rule and adopted a non-aligned Marxist economic perspective. He established a Prevention Detention Act that helped him for allowing his administration to arrest and detail any person charged with high treason. There is not going to be due process under such situations in the judicial system.
