The flexibility associated with the functions is basically a concept that supports redesigning of job as a process for improving the performance of an organization. By applying the holistic strategy, job redesign focuses on the improvement of services, via enhancing the number of skills to a description of job as well as the reduction of the number of employees needed to accomplish all tasks successfully.

Collection of Information

A person is required that is assigned for collecting all the available and possible information regarding the environment of work and current job for successful job redesign (Hayman, 2008).
