The vision of the company is to ensure a society where individuals can live together peacefully and happily. The business vision includes delivering a promising service and going to the maximum extent to provide comfort to the customers and relieving their stress.

Business values

The Business values which I am willing to create for the organization is the customer value and investor value. By ensuring high customer value the company will be providing excellent customer services to the people and helping them overcoming the problems and issues which they are facing in their daily life. The business will be continuously researching and developing over the methods and practices through which the business can enhance and enrich the customer value. Businesses have several customers. Internal customers are the employees of the business whilst the external customers are the target market. The business will be providing the best customer services to the people while at the same time maintaining the quality the service being provided to other customers. Every customer will be the king and will be valued.

Investor will also be incorporated because the venture capitalists will also need the returns on the investments. Another objective of the business will be to increase the customer value at the same time. Investors have invested the amount and will be providing the capital needed to start up the business while at the same time they will be needed to ROI as they have expected.

Corporate Values

The corporate values of the company will primarily include the promotion of positive behaviour and attitude among the employees because bringing any dejected individual out of stress is a difficult job and could be monotonous for the employees and require extra effort. Thus the employee might get de-motivated. Thus in order to avoid negativity the company has to promote positive culture in the organization.
