Introduction

Laws pertaining to partnerships are much simpler than actual partner ships themselves. Many tend to overlook the possible drawbacks and negatives of starting a partnership and things tend to end badly. However, history stands witness to the numerous individuals who became millionaires thanks to finding the right partner to start or continue a business with. The purpose of this paper is to use the scenario of food poisoning to discuss possible consequences on our group; providers of the food. In doing so, the paper will also discuss how partnerships are formed.
