Ever man is different. Different in the way an individual thinks, different in the way they make their choices and different in the way they perceive and react to information. With that being said, the argument has long been contested that an organization must be held responsible for misconduct by employees. It is often believed that this method ensures that organizations whole heartedly complies with the laws revolving around corporate social responsibility. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the ethical and moral grounds of such a claim.
