Introduction

Coping with different situations can be tough for human beings. There are a number of scenarios in which they face problems; however, different situations help them to learn a lot and also give them an idea as to how they can cope in various ways. It is important for the people to read and comprehend the situation in which they are very well so that they can take steps to make sure that they cope from the situation in an efficient manner. In addition to this, it is important that the different aspects i.e. psychological, sociological and social policies are known so that they can help themselves to get rid of the hard situation.

A similar situation is of John who is 22 years old at a university. He does not live with his parents and is facing problems in coping with the situation he is in. Currently, he is living with a group of people with whom he is not familiar at all and is also facing difficulties in getting on with those people. On the other hand, he is also facing problems to get along with his work mates, thus feels isolated. His parents are concerned about him and his future as he has failed several times to get to his class on time and due to this he has also missed a few lectures. They think that John is not looking after himself well and is not sleeping well due to which he is facing problems. They are unaware of the sociological and psychological problems that he is facing.

According to the scenario, John is facing a lot of problems that are impacted him, physically, as well as, mentally. He is the one who is facing various problems while adjusting and coping with different problems. It is important that his problems are addressed and that he is counseled so that he can carry out with his life happily and can also make sure that he lives as a normal human being. It is important that all his psychological and sociological aspects are addressed and resolved so that he can get rid of his current situation and can lead a life like others (www.dh.gov.uk).
