Background

Homelessness is referred to a condition of human beings that describe the individuals to reside without a permanent dwelling. It is obvious that individuals who are homeless are not able to get and maintain a safe, regular, adequate and secure housing. In other words, a safe night time residence is not available to the people who are homeless. It is significant that the legal and correct definition of homelessness differs from country and region.
