It helps readers to realize the individual principles and entrust them in order to commit emotionally to the organization. “The Work of Leadership” brings forward the fundamental information people need to stay in the competitive field of leadership.

Analytical Summary

Ronald Heifetz and Donald Laurie conducted a research on leadership for years and merged it with the real-life stories of leadership from all over the world and wrote an article named “The Work of Leadership”. The consequence is an article that offers an immense observation of headship in addition to ground level particulars, on how to advance the leadership insight.
