Ethical Choices of Both the Protagonist

The protagonist in Carnal Knowledge is Jim; whereas in the story the “Killings” the protagonist is Matt Fowler. In Carnal Knowledge Jim portrayed that he was in favor of animal rights although he was not. Just to take his girlfriend out n a date he lied to her by saying that he supports animal rights and is against animal slaughtering. For this mere reason, he disguises himself as a vegetarian.
