Transformational Leadership (TL) is amongst the newest and a rather important discipline that needs to be addressed and that it has gained much popularity in recent times. One must be understand that while leadership has been a rather primitive concept in the area of management, transformational leadership (TL) is the next big thing in this area.
These days, transformational leadership has been intended in the area of religion and Christianity, where religious leaders and priests continue to change the lives of people as we know it.
Individuals who have dedicated their efforts in the area of religion are involved servicing and serving people in the name of Christianity continue to make way for changing the lives of many individuals and also attracting more people and embracing the message of Christianity. Unfortunately, considering the lives we continue to lead and the world that we live in, it is easier said than done.
With so much awareness, much debate, deliberation and discussion regarding what truly is the role and responsibility of religious leaders, preachers and paragons of religion and theology and that how are they in the power of influencing people's beliefs and molding them in the light of Christianity.
Problem Statement
The problem statement undertaken for this paper is how can transformational leadership (TL) work and yield results in the name of religion and theology?
The aim of this research is to analyze and weigh the implementation of transformational leadership and that how can it influence the teachings can be transferred and molded in the name of Christianity and Theology. With the research aim defined, the following research questions will serve the purpose of fulfilling the research and lead to its compilation and completion. The questions are as follows:
What is the impact of transformational leadership (TL) in the light of management?
What benefits can be reaped if transformational leadership is implemented in the area of religion and theology?
What are the expected outcomes of transformational leadership in the area of religion and theology?
What recommendations could be given to the leaders and preachers given and intended in the light of religion and theology?
