Programme on developing an effective organisation learning culture

Introduction

Training for Tomorrow has been an industry pioneer in learning and development since 1972. It targets towards building and grooming the core competencies of leaders, managers, senior managers as well as the front line employees so that they can make effective, long term measurable improvements in both, their personal as well as organizational behavior. (Aspiration.uk. 2006)

Mission and Core Values

Training for Tomorrow's mission is to promote an employee focused learning culture, aimed towards providing practical solutions to meet all the needs of their customers. At its very core, Training for Tomorrow strives towards developing strong congenial working relations with their clients, assisting and facilitating them to meet all their needs. Thus, in turn equipping them to deal with all the prevailing and existing issues in the dynamic work environment, while at the same time, facilitating them to deal with various business challenges. (Aspiration.uk. 2006)

Training for Tomorrow, believes in maintaining a straight forward, people focused style which allows them to assist their clients in a very practical, down-to-earth, hands on way. Here, we don't believe in making assumptions. Instead we simply assess what needs to be done and then positively channel our energy and provide the optimum solutions for your business. This is done by conducting a relevant analysis of your employee personnel and then giving quick advice and assistance to them, wherever it is necessary. (Aspiration.uk. 2006)
