The social medial acts as a catalyst in bringing transformations and change in the culture of the organizations and processes of the government. It has increased the importance of mankind in the eyes of organizations and government. The social media promotes diversity, cooperation, and mitigation. The new media or the social media as we say brings a new world of communication in the history of human life. 1 Introduction
1.1 Purpose
The purpose of this research is to portray the key role of the Social Media in the communication of the Business these days, and they way this very form of communication promotes mitigation, cooperation, and diversity.
1.2 Scope
This research will analyse the significance of Social Media, which can benefit the phenomenon of communication within the organisation.
1.3 Method
The method used in completing this study is secondary sources such as information available in books and other froms of existing texts.
2 Analysis
2.1 Evolution of the Social Media
Social network analysis is focused on uncovering the patterning of people's interaction. Network analysis is based on the intuitive notion that these patterns are important features of the lives of the individuals who display them. Network analysts believe that how an individual lives depends in large part on how that individual is tied into the larger web of social connections. Many believe, moreover, that the success or failure of societies and organizations often depends on the patterning of their internal structure. (Knoke et,al. 2008)
2.2 Social media and social learning
People converse by using the web technology and other people participates in the conversation and people make a sense out of it. This participation transforms into the social learning. The most common forms of social media are blogs, forums, wikis, social websites, podcasts, etc. (Bingham & Conner, 2010)
2.3 Role of social media in organizational transformation
